A Story of Transformation: Marina's Journey

Marina's experience echoes a widespread phenomenon among women facing hormonal imbalances. Overwhelmed by symptoms such as insomnia, hot flushes, and mental fog, Marina felt as though she had lost control of her life. She found herself unable to enjoy simple pleasures, her once adventurous spirit subdued by constant discomfort.


Desperate for relief, Marina stumbled into one of Ute's yoga classes during a holiday trip through Europe. Tearfully, she confided in Ute about her frustrations and fears. Recognising the telltale signs of menopausal symptoms, Ute offered Marina a lifeline - a chance to regain control through hormone yoga.


Marina hesitated at first, skeptical that a few yoga poses could alleviate her suffering. But as she immersed herself in Ute's Hormone Yoga workshops, Marina experienced a profound shift. With each breath, she felt tension melt away, replaced by a sense of calm and renewal. Through gentle movements and empowering techniques, Marina reclaimed ownership of her body and her life.


Marina wrote to Ute two months after her transformative experience: “From the first day, water retention and swelling have disappeared from my body, the hot flushes have gradually decreased, and I sleep better now. I no longer remember the hot flushes, I have lost weight, even a few kilos. Above all, my abdomen is less swollen.”
