Welcome to your daily superfood starter!
150 grams frozen or mixed berries
80 grams chia seeds
500 ml rice milk
1 tsp vanilla powder
Yoghurt (optional topper)
Granola (optional topper)
Whisk together chia seeds, milk and vanilla.
Stir in fruit.
Let sit overnight or at least 5 hours until the seeds soak in all the moisture.
Add to a jar and sprinkle granola, yoghurt and fruit on top! Enjoy!
