This retreat lovingly creates balance and confidence in your body and mind. Over the course of your 2 and a half day retreat Elizabeth will guide you through invigorating, mindful, and restorative Somatic Movement and Pilates Classes, centering meditations, walks in nature, and sharing circles where we anchor the knowledge we discover on the mat into our daily lives. You will feel incredibly relaxed, inspired, and equipped with tools to continue on with a new level of self-care and self-love. Most of all, you will experience fulfilling connection with nature, your authentic self, and the beautiful group of people who gather together. You will be so happy you took this time to rejuvenate and nurture yourself.
