Bryony is a senior yoga instructor, yoga therapist, and founder of Be-Yoga Centre in Hayward’s Heath, Sussex. With over two decades of experience, Bryony’s trauma-informed approach ensures a safe and inclusive space for all. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, her intuitive and compassionate teaching style will inspire you to explore your body and mind.
Kate Baily
Kate is an ICF Accredited Holistic Sobriety and Life Coach specializing in midlife wellbeing, stress management, and habit change. A finalist in the International Coaching Awards, Kate brings over 10 years of experience on the sober path and is co-author of two best-selling books, Love Yourself Sober and Love Your Sober Year. Her workshops integrate positive psychology and the science of happiness to help you build resilience and unlock your creative potential.
