Immerse yourself in the serene surroundings of Suryalila Retreat Centre for a transformative 50-Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training, running from 28th September to 5th October 2024. This intensive program combines the ancient practices of Yin Yoga with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Acupressure, providing a holistic approach to balancing energy and promoting well-being.
Throughout the week, you’ll delve into the foundational theories of Yin Yoga, acupressure, and fascia, learning how to apply these principles to both your personal practice and teaching. The course covers key topics such as the Koshas, fascia theory, acupressure points, and Yin Yoga asanas, with a focus on making yoga accessible and safe for all body types.
Led by experienced instructors Bruna Pons and Vidya Heisel, the training includes daily practices of meditation, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga, as well as hands-on teaching experience. Upon completion, you’ll be equipped to teach inclusive, creative, and safe Yin Yoga classes that incorporate acupressure techniques to support your students’ balance and well-being.
