About Liam Colfer
Liam's journey from building boats and houses to maintaining helicopters and lighthouses has instilled in him a deep passion for sustainability and working in harmony with the Earth's natural cycles. His diverse experiences and travels have culminated in a rich understanding of ancient building techniques, breathwork, and mobility training. As a certified Breath Coach and Yoga Alliance-certified breathwork instructor, Liam combines his expertise with a touch of Irish tradition, infusing classes with music, stories, and a sense of camaraderie. He believes that everyone should tap into the transformative power of the breath, a tool that can alleviate stress, anxiety, grief, and trauma while boosting energy and enhancing overall well-being.

11:00am A tour of the eco building projects with Liam, some of which Liam has worked on here at Suryalila over the yearsÂ

5:00pm Self myofacial release techniques. a roll and relax ball rolling and breath-work class led by Liam followed by a plunge in an ice bath!
