In order for us and the planet to stay alive and thrive, these elements must exist in a harmonious balance. That’s why this retreat itinerary is designed to offer a wide and flexible range of activities (all optional) to help bring these elements of nature into our awareness and back into balance.
Your retreat hosts, Margaret and Skye, believe that health and happiness is a journey and one about finding your personal balance. That’s why the itinerary has been designed to be a healthy and balanced mix of pause, play & pamper including:
Daily Yoga, Meditation & Breathwork sessions suitable for all levels. Inspired by the elements of nature and their relationship to yoga philosophy, the daily classes will incorporate Vinyasa, Strala and Qigong disciplines to help enhance your physical health and enrich your emotional wellbeing in a way that feels fun and enriching.
Indulge in 3 daily garden-to-plate vegetarian meals made with love and locally-sourced ingredients to nourish your body and soul. Plus, you can enjoy additional tipples or treats from the onsite café.Â
Free time to swim, sauna, wonder, wander, relax and reconnect with yourself in nature
Extra optional activities like horse riding, massages and treatments, day trips to the nearby whitewashed villages or breathtaking coastal towns are also available to book (for an additional cost).

About the retreat hosts and yoga teachers:
Margaret Holland is a Strala Yoga & Qigong instructor, meditation guide and Yogabody breathwork coach. Margaret teaches regular Strala classes in and around Marbella where she lives including "Hot" Strala in a heated studio and beach Strala all year round as the Southern Spain climate allows.
Skye Harrison is a Vinyasa yoga teacher who's been practicing yoga passionately & consistently for the past 8 years. After 12 years’ of life in the fast corporate lane, Skye took a career sabbatical and made it her sole purpose to share the power of yoga (what she calls #firstaidforthesoul) with others. Skye’s teaching style is dynamic, multi-layered and multi-sensory with music and doTERRA Essential Oils.
