Please join me for a retreat that is a blend of Hatha Yoga, Mindfulness and a option of acupuncture in one class during the weekend.
This Retreat will be in tune with the time of year. Winter In Chinese medicine is connected to the Organs of Kidney and bladder. This time of year nature asks us to slow down and recharge our energy and move more into a meditative time. All our practices will help our body and our mind to connect to this time of year in nature and bring more balance inside. We will do a blend of Grounding Hatha yoga in the morning after a 30 minute Meditation practice.
In the afternoon we will do walking meditation in the near pathless path walk and a 2hour Restorative workshop to end our day before we have a nourishing healthy Dinner.
As with all my classes and retreats I will encourage you to listen to your body and be mindful of injuries. I have 18 years experience as a Yoga teacher. I am a trained Mindfulness teacher, Remedial Massage Therapist and qualified in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine.
Overall this week will be restoring and rebalancing, a time to slow down and reconnect with Nature and Yourself!
