YOAS Yoga Retreat- in the hills of Andalusia
Join Jess for a week of yoga, nature, and deep rest in the heart of the Andalusian countryside. Set in the peaceful surroundings of Suryalila, this retreat is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and nourish yourself on every level.
Each day begins with a dynamic, breath-led yoga flow, alongside meditation and gentle breathwork to awaken the body and mind. In the evenings, unwind with restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra, allowing the nervous system to fully soften and reset.
Jess brings over 14 years of teaching experience and more than 25 years of personal practice, drawing from Hatha, Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Vinyasa traditions. Her classes are mindful, inclusive, and alignment-focused, creating a space where everyone feels supported - whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner. Expect to be guided with care, encouraged to explore your edges, and invited to move with greater awareness and joy.
Throughout the week, Jess will also share sound bath experiences using crystal bowls, offering a deeply calming and immersive journey into relaxation.
Between sessions, there is plenty of time to rest and explore. Lounge by the saltwater pool, wander through the surrounding hills, or visit nearby charming hilltop towns rich in culture and beauty. Practice yoga in the magnificent dome, take in breathtaking sunsets, and enjoy nourishing, locally inspired meals prepared with care.
