What to Expect
Each day of the retreat follows a natural rhythm that blends movement, stillness, and exploration. Mornings begin with diligent, slower-paced Flow Yoga — a mindful practice where every breath and micro-movement is given full attention, cultivating precision, presence, and energy that carries into the rest of the day.
After the practice, adventure activities invite you into Andalusia’s breathtaking landscapes. Experience a dynamic mix of canyoning, cycling, via ferrata, hiking, kayaking, river walks and swims, with a well-deserved rest day in the middle.
Evenings are dedicated to restoration. You’ll return to our beautiful yoga shalas for deeply nourishing sessions designed to strengthen and soothe the nervous system. Through a rich blend of Restorative Yoga, Yin, Sound Healing, Myofascial Release, and Yoga Nidra meditation, you’ll be guided into conscious rest — allowing body and mind to recharge fully.

Retreat Leader
Lidiya is an experienced yoga teacher who leads retreats, community classes, and advanced training modules. Yoga has been at the heart of her life since she first discovered the practice in 2006, and she has been sharing it with others since 2014.
Her classes are often described as both inspiring and nurturing — a dynamic balance of vigor and vitality, combined with gentler, grounding sequences. Through her guidance, students often leave feeling uplifted, spacious, and deeply alive well beyond the class itself.
Breath awareness is central to her teaching, as she encourages practitioners to integrate body and mind through conscious, embodied movement. With careful attention to subtle details, Lidiya invites students to bring meditation into motion, refining awareness of the present moment and cultivating depth within the practice.
Her yoga sessions are often enhanced with the soothing sounds of singing bowls, and through her Restorative and Yoga Nidra offerings, she helps students discover the profound power of conscious rest. Her teaching aims to create a sense of inner quiet, resilience in the nervous system, and harmony across all levels of being.

Trainings
In addition to completing her 200 & 300-hour teacher trainings with Frog Lotus Yoga International, Lidiya has studied Yin Yoga with Sarah Powers, Therapeutic Yoga with Donna Farhi, as well as Sound Therapy and Thai Massage — all of which enrich and inform her teaching style.

Hiking the stunning Sierra De Grazalema National Park & lunch in Grazalema village
Sierra De Grazalema National Park and Unesco Biosphere Reserve is one of Spain’s most ecologically outstanding areas, home to indigenous pine trees, and rich flora and fauna. The park is also famous for its impressively rugged limestone landscape of cliffs, gullies, caves and gorges.

Canyoning: Trip to The Green Gorge in Sierra de Grazalema National Park.
The Green Gorge is a spectacular canyon that has been artfully carved by the streams of Pinar River. It is located within 40 40-minute drive from Suryalila, near the village of Zahara de la Sierra, in the Park of Sierra de Grazalema. Famous for its lush vegetation and wildlife, it offers outstanding views with certain spots reaching 400 meters in depth. Be prepared for an unforgettable hike, several exciting abseils and refreshing baths.

Cycling the Green Way in Andalusian countryside
The Green Way is a former railway, now converted into a cycling & walking path. Along the route, old train stations have been turned into restaurants, bars & places to stay. The 36km-long bike route (Puerto Serrano – Olvera) will take you through beautiful scenery and 30 tunnels that were never put into use by a railway company.

Via Ferrata + Trip to Ronda
In Ronda, the most famous white town of Andalusia, you will climb a gorgeous Via Ferrata route. Via Ferrata means ‘Iron Way’ and it is essentially a path on a mountain that consists of iron hooks attached to the stone. You are all equipped with safety gear.
The place overlooks the old bridge transcending over the impressive 98m Tajo gorge. In these beautiful settings, you will be stunned by amazing views, from a perspective that few have the opportunity to experience.
