About the Recipe

Make-your-own muesli is the best way to start your day and so easy to do! Pop it in a jar in the fridge and enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 500 grams muesli

  • 1 apple grated

  • 1 pear, grated

  • 300 grams frozen or fresh mixed berries

  • 750 ml soy milk


  • 50 grams pumpkin seeds

Preparation

Step 1


Combine apple, pear, mixed berries and soy milk.



Step 2


Add the pumpkin seeds and muesli and stir.



Step 3


Cover and leave in the refrigerator overnight. Serve chilled.
